My boyfriend and I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating 60-minute hot–cold plunge circuit early Sunday evening. David was incredibly hospitable and attentive to every detail — fresh towels waiting for us, essential oils in the sauna, beautiful spa music, red lights, and a perfectly curated atmosphere.
